One agenda, shared availability

Gigs, rehearsals and band events from every band you play in land in a single agenda. You see the clash before you accept the date, not the week after.

Set your availability once

Set your availability once

Mark the weeks you are away and the nights you cannot play, and every band sees it when they plan around you. You stop repeating yourself, and they stop asking.

Switch in a click, find anything

Move between your bands and your personal workspace without logging out, and search gigs, contacts, songs, files and invoices across everything you have access to at once.

Questions about playing in several bands

Do I need a plan for every band I play in?

No. A band's own plan covers everyone in it, and every member gets free access to that workspace. The Artist plan is the one for you: your own agenda, and your personal financials across all the bands you play in.

What if one of my bands does not use gigBuddy?

Add it yourself. You can find the bands that are already on gigBuddy and add other bands or projects manually, so your agenda is complete either way.

How separate are the bands?

Each band has its own workspace with its own members. What sits across them is yours: your agenda, your availability and your personal financials.
