Reports shows four financial reports for a period: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, VAT position and Trial Balance. You choose the period and export the reports to Excel or PDF.
Open Reports
- In the side menu, under Accounting, select Reports.
The page is shown to a Financial admin or Admin, in a band and in an artist profile. It needs Finance & accounting (Band Gold, Artist Gold). On a plan without it the menu entry shows a diamond and an upgrade link. Records created earlier stay available to view and export.
What the page contains
The report figures come from the ledger. The page holds the heading, the two export buttons, the period button and the four reports in a grid, two across on a wide screen and one across on a phone.

| Period button | Chooses the period: Month, Quarter, Fiscal Year, All Time or a Custom Range. The page starts on the current fiscal year, or on the latest year with transactions. All four reports follow the period. |
| Export Excel, Export PDF | Download the reports for the chosen period as a file named after the period. |
Profit & Loss
Subtitle: Period movement on result accounts, excl. VAT. Each section lists the accounts, with their code, and a total.

| Cost of goods sold | The cost accounts and Gross profit. Only shown when the period has cost of goods sold. |
| Other operating income | The accounts and Total other operating income. Only shown when the period has some. |

| Result | The result of the period, in green when it is zero or positive and in red when it is negative. |
Balance Sheet
Subtitle: Closing balances as of …, with the end date of the period.

VAT position
Subtitle: VAT movement within the selected period.

| VAT on purchases (input) | The VAT paid on purchases in the period. |
| Net VAT position (payable) or (receivable) | The difference. Payable when it is zero or positive, receivable when it is negative. |
| Books closed or Books open | Whether the books are closed through the end of the period. With the date: Closed through …. |
| Declared: | One label per VAT declaration filed for the period, for example Q2 2026 or 2026-03. Without one the card reads No VAT return filed for this period. |

Trial Balance
Subtitle: Period debit/credit totals per account. One row per account with the columns Account, Debit and Credit, and a Total row. On a phone the debit and credit sit under the account name.
