Gig details shows one gig. A banner with the event image and tags sits at the top, with the five tabs Event, Terms, Finance, Participants and Tasks below it. This article covers the header, the banner and the actions around the tabs. Each tab has its own article, linked in the table below. Field changes save automatically.

Open a gig

  1. Open Gigs from the side menu, under Planning.
  2. Select a gig in the list.

On a wide screen the details open next to the list, which stays visible on the left; select another gig to switch. On a phone the details replace the list, and back returns to it. close closes the split view and saves pending field changes first.

Every member can read a gig. In a band, the list shows that band's gigs. In an artist profile, it combines your own gigs with the gigs of the bands you belong to. A gig of another band is read-only: switch to that band to edit it, if your role there allows it.
