Planning and availability

Planning and availability holds your own availability settings and the default time for rehearsal proposals. They belong to you and apply in every band and artist profile you are in.

Open Planning and availability

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Under Planning and availability, select My availability or Planning.

Every member can change these settings, whatever their role. Changes in My availability save as soon as you change them. On a phone the item replaces the list; Back to settings returns to it.

My availability

Each band you play in sees only what you allow here. These controls exist only here: no band screen can read or change another member’s choices. How availability is used is described in Availability.

Time / travel margin (hours)Whole hours, 0 to 24The required gap between consecutive events. Availability inside this gap is shown in orange. Saved when you leave the field.2

Who may maintain my calendar

One switch per band, labelled … may manage my availability with the band’s name. Turn it on for a band whose planner you trust to record your availability for you. You can always change or remove what they entered.
