Gigs lists the gigs of the active workspace, upcoming and past. From here you add a gig, search and filter the list, import gigs from a CSV file or Bandsintown, export tour dates and reports, share tour dates, and open a gig in the detail view.
Open Gigs
- In the side menu, under Planning, select Gigs.
Every member can see the page. Contributor or higher can add and import gigs. In a band, the list shows that band's gigs. In an artist profile, it combines your own gigs with the gigs of the bands you belong to, and a Band column shows which band each gig belongs to.
What the page contains
| Area | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Upcoming / Past | Two tabs. Upcoming lists gigs from today on. Past lists earlier gigs, and Load more at the bottom loads more of them. |
| Search gigs… | Searches all gigs, whichever tab is open. Search starts after you type 3 characters. |
| Filter | A menu. The button shows Filter ([n]) while filters are active. See Filters. |
| Tags | A menu with the tags used on the gigs in the list. Show all clears the choice. The button is disabled when no gig has a tag. |
| List | One row per gig. On a phone each gig is a card instead of a row. |

Selecting gigs
Each row has a checkbox, and Select all gigs in the header selects every gig in the view. A bar shows [n] gigs selected. Changing the tab, the search or a filter starts a new selection. The selection is used by:
- Create Tour Card and Banner Mosaic, which narrow their gigs to the selection when there is one.
- Documents, where the gage declaration works on the selected gigs.
Actions
On a phone the toolbar actions collect in one More menu.
| Action | Where | What it does |

Dialogs
Export tour dates
Opens a text box with one line per confirmed or announced gig, oldest first, over all your gigs, whichever tab or filter is active. Each line holds the date as month and day (for example Jun-14), the venue name and the city, separated by tabs. The hint reads Tab-separated table – paste directly into Figma, Notion, or any design tool. Copy puts the text on the clipboard.
Export to Bandsintown
Shown when Bandsintown is set up under Settings › Integrations. The dialog prepares a CSV file for Bandsintown.
- Choose the period with From and To. It opens on the coming year.
- The table lists the confirmed and announced gigs in that period, with Date, Event, Venue and Bandsintown check. Tick the gigs to export, or Select all exportable gigs. A gig Bandsintown would reject cannot be ticked until it is fixed; the check column names the problem and links Edit venue or Edit gig.
- Select Export [n] gigs and download the file. Bandsintown takes at most 25 events per file, so a larger export is split into several files; download each one, then upload them to Bandsintown one at a time.
A gig needs a complete venue or festival (country, city and region), a date and a complete ticket link that is not shortened. Without a start time, Bandsintown lists the gig at 19:00.
Export for Buma/Stemra
The item Export for Buma/Stemra (XLSX) exports the repertoire played, as a workbook in the form that society accepts. It is shown for a band whose country is the Netherlands, to a Financial admin or Admin, and it needs the plan feature Documents for gigs (itinerary, contract, settlement) (Band Silver, Band Gold). In the dialog, From and To set the period; it opens on the year to date. Download creates the file. The file has one row per song played, for every gig in the period. Gigs that are still ahead or have no setlist are skipped. Fields gigBuddy has no data for are left blank for you to complete in the sheet.
Gig details
Select a gig in the list to open its details. On a wide screen the details open next to the list; on a phone they replace it. See Gig details, and Gig terms, deal types and fees for the deal and costs of a gig.
