Band Events lists events with a title, date span, times and location. Open an event to edit its fields and review member availability.
Open Band Events
- In the side menu, under Planning, select Band Events.
Every member can read this page. Contributor or higher can create, edit and delete items in the active workspace.
In a band, the list shows that band’s items. In an artist profile, it combines your own items with items from the bands you belong to and shows their band identity. Another band’s item is read-only here. Switch to that band to edit it, if your role there allows it.
What the page contains

| Upcoming / Past | Opens on Upcoming. The end date, or start date when no end is set, determines the tab. An event ending today is upcoming. Upcoming loads at most 100 events; Past loads batches of 100 with Load more. |
| Date, Title, Time, Location | The date or date range, title, times and location. |
| Availability | Member avatars with availability. Open the detail for the member list and the breakdown of multi-day events. |
| Band | Shown in an artist profile to identify the source band. |
| Phone cards | The same event information with a share button on each card. |
Actions

Band event details
Select a row or card to open the details. On a wide screen they open next to the list; on a phone they replace it. See Band event details.
