Subscription shows your plan and lets you change it. Invoices and receipts lists the documents for it.
Open Subscription
- Open Settings.
- Under Account settings, select Subscription.
Available to every member, whatever their role. This is one of the items described in Account settings.
Subscription
Your plan for the Band and the Artist module. Plans and payments are managed on the web, not in the Android app (Plans, trials and payments can't be managed in this app.).
| Area | What it contains |

| Current plan | The plan per module (Band, Artist) and its status: Awaiting first payment, Trial, Active, Payment overdue or Canceled. Also the trial end, renewal or access end date. Without your own subscription you see Free or a note that you take part under another member’s plan. |
| Free trial | When you have not used it yet, Start free trial offers a 30-day trial with Gold access and no payment details. You choose the module to start with; adding the other module during the trial is free and does not extend the trial. |
| Plans | The plans per module with a Monthly / Yearly switch, their features and limits. Select, Upgrade and Downgrade change the plan; Add module and Remove module add or remove the other module. |
| Price | A breakdown (What you pay) with subtotal, discounts, VAT and total. Prices are shown exclusive of VAT. |

| Subscribe | Opens Choose your billing cycle with Monthly and Yearly and the total due. |
| Cancel subscription | Offers Cancel now with a refund within 5 days of your last payment, or Cancel at period end without a refund for the remaining time. Cancelling never deletes data. |
| Resume subscription | Undoes a scheduled cancellation. |
| Downgrade | Takes effect at your next payment date. gigBuddy shows what stored data a downgrade deletes, and blocks it while your usage exceeds the new limits. You type a confirmation phrase to confirm. |
| Refresh payment details | Refreshes the payment data from the payment provider. |
Plan features
Features such as Finance & accounting, Custom branding or Discography & files belong to plans. Without them the feature shows a diamond and an upgrade link.
Invoices and receipts
The invoices, credit notes and receipts for your subscription. The table Document history lists them.

Load more shows older documents. The name and address on the documents come from the billing profile under My account.
