Band event details shows one event and the availability of the members added to it. Field changes save automatically.
Open a band event
- Open Band Events from the side menu.
- Select an item in the list.
On a wide screen the details open next to the list. On a phone they replace it; Back returns to the list. You can also open the details from Calendar.
Every member can read this page. Contributor or higher can create, edit and delete items in the active workspace.
In a band, the list shows that band’s items. In an artist profile, it combines your own items with items from the bands you belong to and shows their band identity. Another band’s item is read-only here. Switch to that band to edit it, if your role there allows it.

Availability
Lead members are added automatically when a band event is created. You can add other members afterwards.
Availability comes from the calendar, not from votes on this event. Change your availability on Calendar. For a single-day event each added member shows Available, Travel margin, Unavailable or No answer. Hover over a status to read a shared reason.
A multi-day event shows a coloured square for each day beside each member. Its tooltip gives the date, status and shared reason. Band-wide availability appears above the members per day. The list-page summary uses the least available day in the span.
