Rehearsal details contains the date, times, participants, songs and notes of one rehearsal. Field changes save automatically.
Open a rehearsal
- Open Rehearsals from the side menu.
- Select an item in the list.
On a wide screen the details open next to the list. On a phone they replace it; Back returns to the list. You can also open the details from Calendar.
Every member can read this page. Contributor or higher can create, edit and delete items in the active workspace.
In a band, the list shows that band’s items. In an artist profile, it combines your own items with items from the bands you belong to and shows their band identity. Another band’s item is read-only here. Switch to that band to edit it, if your role there allows it.

Status
An Option can become Planned only when there is at least one required participant and every required participant has voted Yes. Select Plan this rehearsal to plan it. Revert to option changes it back. These actions need Contributor or higher.
Required participants
Each participant shows their name and position. Add participant searches the remaining band members and adds your selection immediately. The remove button removes that participant, and is shown only when more than one remains. Adding and removing participants is available on options to Contributor or higher; revert a planned rehearsal to an option first.
For an option today or in the future, use Yes or No to answer. A Reader can answer only for themselves; Contributor or higher can also record other participants’ answers in the active band. Planned and past rehearsals have no vote controls in the detail. Another band’s rehearsal still lets you answer for yourself.
In a band, calendar availability appears beside participants as Available, Travel margin or Unavailable. A reason, when shared, appears in a tooltip. This does not cast an attendance vote. See Availability.
Songs
Search at least three characters in the song picker and select an existing song to attach it. Already attached songs are excluded. Each card shows title and artist. Open song opens its details; the cross button detaches it without deleting the song. Attaching and detaching needs Contributor or higher. Songs on another band’s rehearsal appear as text without song links.
Notes
The multi-line Notes field saves automatically.
