Rehearsals lists rehearsal options and planned rehearsals. From here you propose a date or a series of dates and open a rehearsal to manage participants and songs.
Open Rehearsals
- In the side menu, under Planning, select Rehearsals.
Every member can read this page. Contributor or higher can create, edit and delete items in the active workspace.
In a band, the list shows that band’s items. In an artist profile, it combines your own items with items from the bands you belong to and shows their band identity. Another band’s item is read-only here. Switch to that band to edit it, if your role there allows it.
Your own attendance answer is available even as a Reader. Default proposal times are your personal settings; see Availability.
What the page contains

Dialogs
Propose rehearsal
The dialog has Single and Series tabs. It starts on Single. Lead members are included automatically. Under Also include, select optional members or substitutes who must participate too. Their inclusion makes their yes vote necessary before planning.

- Choose Single or Series and fill in the date or range.
- Choose any additional participants and review availability for a single proposal.
- Select Propose or Propose n options.
A single proposal creates an Option. A series creates a separate option for every occurrence, with the same times, location and participants, and opens the first one. Series proposals do not check availability before creation.

Select a row or card to open the details. On a wide screen they open next to the list; on a phone they replace it. See Rehearsal details.
