The Tasks tab holds the working lists of a gig: its tasks, the timetable, the setlist, attachments and additional information. Everything on the tab saves automatically. The tab shows the number of open tasks as a badge.
Open the Tasks tab
- Open Gigs from the side menu and select a gig. See Gig details.
- Select the Tasks tab in the bar below the banner.
Every member can read the tab. Contributor or higher can add and change items for a gig of the active workspace. A gig of another band is read-only.
Tasks
Tasks that belong to this gig also appear on the Tasks page. Open tasks are shown as cards; a card holds the checkbox, the title, the due date and the assignee.
| Element | What it does |
|---|---|
| Add task | The card at the top. Type the title and press Enter, or use Set due date and Assign first. Contributor or higher. |
| Checkbox | Marks the task done. A Contributor or higher can do this for every task of the active band. Other members can do it for tasks assigned to them. For the others it is disabled. |
| Due date | Sets the due date. Clear due date removes it. A date in the past on an open task is highlighted. Contributor or higher; others see it read-only. |
| Assignee | Assigns a band member. Shows Unassigned when nobody is. Contributor or higher; others see it read-only. |
| Delete task [title] | Deletes the task. Contributor or higher. |
| Completed ([n]) | A collapsed list of the tasks that are done. Select it to show them. |
Timetable
The running order of the day. Each line has From, Until and Description; all three are optional.
| Element | What it does |
|---|---|
| Add line | Adds an empty line, which is saved at once. |
| Drag handle | Drag a line to reorder the timetable. |
| Remove this line | Removes the line. A line that has content asks for confirmation first. |
The timetable is part of the Itinerary / Timetable document in the Documents menu.
Setlist
The songs played at the gig, in running order, with their Title and Duration. This section is shown in a band, for a gig of the active band. The songs belong to the gig: changing them never changes a setlist in your repertoire.
| Element | What it does |
|---|---|
| Add song | Opens a song picker. The song you select is added to the end. |
| Load setlist | Opens a menu with your setlists. Select one to copy its songs into the gig. When the gig already has songs, a confirmation says that they are replaced by the songs of the setlist. A help icon notes that setlists are created under Repertoire › Setlists. |
| Loaded from [name] | Names the setlist the songs were loaded from. |
| Drag handle | Drag a song to change the running order. |
| Remove this song | Removes the song from the gig after a confirmation. |
The Setlist item in the Documents menu previews this list.
Attachments
Files that belong to the gig, listed with their name and size. Add uploads a file. Contributor or higher.
Limits
Allowed file types: PDF, XLS, XLSX, DOC, DOCX and TXT. The maximum file size is 1 MB. Deleting an attachment removes the file permanently. On a gig of another band, attachment names are shown as text without a link.
Additional information
Labelled text blocks for information about the day. A gig always shows at least one block, Remarks / Notes.
| Element | What it does |
|---|---|
| Label | The caption of the block. Choose one from the list or type your own. The list holds Remarks / Notes, Timetable, Hospitality, Catering, Technical information, Dressing room, Light, Merchandise, Backline, Invoice info, Press, Guestlist and Recording. |
| Text | The content of the block. |
| Add info block | Adds a block. |
| Remove this block | Removes the block. |
