Add a band

The dialog Add a band has two tabs.

  • Search: type at least 3 characters under Band name. Results are grouped as On gigbuddy and Not on gigbuddy. For a band on gigBuddy, Ask to join this band sends a request. For a band not on gigBuddy, use it, or add "…" as a new band. If no band matches, Create a new band (counts towards your gigBuddy band limit) or Create a public band profile (for a band you take part in that is not on gigBuddy; you can link events to it).
  • Invite code: enter the code you received from a band on gigBuddy under Invite code and choose Join band.

A band profile needs a name, a country and either a Spotify artist link or a website. A band profile holds at most five musicians.
