Ledger entries lists the individual ledger lines posted to the accounts you choose. Where Ledger lists whole transactions, this page lists one row per account line, with a debit and a credit column and totals.

Open Ledger entries

  1. In the side menu, under Accounting, select Ledger entries.

The page is shown to a Financial admin or Admin, in a band and in an artist profile. It needs Finance & accounting (Band Gold, Artist Gold). On a plan without it the menu entry shows a diamond and an upgrade link. Existing records stay available to view.

What the page contains

The page lists entries once you choose accounts (Select one or more accounts to search their entries.). Your accounts, search text, sort order, page and period are remembered for the session.
